Watching Nascar isn't a terrible way to while away a weekend. But we need more to get our engines turning. We need games. To us, they're like a series of rapid turns on a Model T's hand-crank. Then we'll go sputtering off to find a game to get you started.

Today's game is, AcceleRacers Track Mod. In this game, Hot Wheel refuges are stranded on the wrong side of an asphalt jumble and it's up to you to get as many of them across as you can. To do this you turn track pieces by clicking on them. As you connect pieces all the way across, your marooned vehicles can escape to freedom. Many pieces will have mods and hazards that will affect the game when a car drives over them. Either giving you extra points or extra headaches respectively.

AcceleRacers Track Mod is a puzzle game which may be a lumbering bore to players who prefer having their fannies planted behind the wheel of a computer generated high performance automobile. But for those who enjoy puzzles getting those spunky cars across is a fun and challenging activity. Much more fun than driving around and around and around, lap after lap, in a never ending circle.

We feel compelled to share with you how much we enjoyed the hypnotic repetition of the techno dance music. We wanted them to play it again and again.
