Probably as soon as there where balls and mazes there were games where you you roll a ball through a ball through a maze. Then why would we feature another ball and maze game ? Because this one is both different and fun.

Judging from the name Ball Revamped III: Andromeda has gone through a few previous incarnations. Also the game has got to have a fan base to go through three plus sequels, and we can see why. This game takes Lunar Lander type movement and applies it to moving a ball through a ever more difficult series of mazes. Like Lunar Lander you must keep the ball suspended and not let it touch any walls or it will return you to the beginning of the level. Also the game is infuriatingly patient as it allows you to keep trying a level until you get passed it or till the men in the white coats come knocking at your front door.

The trick of this game is a light touch, If you've got gorilla hands like us this makes the game much harder than your standard Lunar Lander. The mazes start out fairly easy to get the feel of the game but soon become almost impossibly difficult. If you get through 20 levels, call yourself an expert, get through all 50, call yourself a god.

We like this game because it's easy to learn and almost impossible to master. If you are the type that loves a challenging game of finesse, this is the game for you. For us, it's time to answer the front door and talk to the nice men in white coats.
