Merry Christmas! The Holidays are all about family and children. And once the frenzy of opening presents is over and everyone is stuffed from the holiday feast, how about playing some kid safe holiday games on that new computer you got. Didn't get a new computer? Neither did we. But we can still play some family oriented games on the web.
We chose a portal that calls itself the merriest place in cyberspace. Claus.com is a Santa themed village with over a dozen games and activities that everyone can gather around the warmth of the computer monitor and play. How about checking yourself out on the naughty or nice meter, or helping the elves in world's coolest toy factory? There are hours of holiday fun on this site with everything from recipes to songs however like so much of Christmas there is a commercial angle.
The Santa Clause at Clause.com is that the folks at UDCom.com are trying to sell your children telephone calls to Santa. As long as you're aware of the thinly veiled commercialism, the site is very rewarding and it might just serve as a good lesson for children to realize when people are trying to sell them something.
We like this site for the sheer number of fun holiday activities and games. Also we like the whole Santa's village theme and navigation. We don't like how UDCom delivers their commercial message.
