If you lived in 16th century India and your name was Emporer Akhbar the First of the Mogul Empire and you were playing a game on a giant board using slave girls for counters, chances are you would be playing the game Pachisi. This is the game from which the copyrighted game "Parcheesi" was derived. Forget about the slave girls for a minute and think about the game.
Our friends at FreeOnlineGames.com Have released a Flash 3-D version of Pachisi and called it Flash Ludo. If you know how to play the copyrighted game you will know how to play Ludo. You have to get your markers around the board before any of your opponents. Although the die plays a big role (pun intended) in the game your move strategy also comes into play. Nothing beats the thrill of sending an opponents marker back to square one. At least until you get sent back.
This game has excellent 3-D graphics and you must play against three computer opponents. So don't expect to win every game, no matter how good you are but it's great practice for when you play against real people on a real board.
We like this online version of the ancient game of Pachisi simply because it's an 3-D online version of the game. Flash Ludo is a good way to while away a few minutes but imagining the slave girls is up to you.
