Mini-golf shouldn't be something that you play all by your lonesome. It should be a shared, competitive, multiplayer gaming experience. And it should be in 3D.
At least that's what Pow Pow's Mini-Golf is. It's 3D multiplayer mini-golf. But there's more to Pow Pow's Mini-Golf than just being 3D and multiplayer. It's also an RPG in which you can improve your characters experience and skills while you're playing. Pretty cool, huh? If you want to play alone, or against the computer, they've got that covered too.
The game is controlled with the mouse. You click where you want your character to go. You click to set the angle of your shot, the power of your shot, and the accuracy of your shot.
The 3D graphics in this game are extremely well done. This is a pretty game, a joy for the eyes, a thrill to see. The gameplay can be kind of clunky and slow, though. And the camera twisting around to follow the ball is a little disorienting. But these are small difficulties that don't detract enough to avoid playing this game.
We liked the funky background tunes.
