With only four days till the feeding frenzy that is Xmas, we're sticking to our holiday game theme. Anybody who has ever tried to debug a stubborn string of Christmas lights will appreciate today's featured game.

Clevermedia's Flash Arcade has a game called The Christmas Tree Game. This game is very similar to many other logic games like MasterMind where you work color combinations and positions to solve the puzzle. You have six bins of different colored lights and ten sockets in which to fit the correct combination of colored lights in order to light the tree. And to make things even more challenging you are racing against the clock and points get deducted each time you plug-in the tree.

The logic in this game is that a bulb will stay lit if it is both the right color and in the right position. The bulb will flicker if is the right color but in the wrong position. And did we mention that points get deducted for every time you plug in the tree to check the lights. Don't get discouraged it sounds more difficult than it is, if you are a good MasterMind player you'll have this game down in no time.

We like this game because it's different than the usual holiday theme game. A quiet little logic game may be just what you need to get away from the holiday hub-bub.
