Don't bump your head on monkeys or trip over dozing lions. That's good advice as you go through life.
It's also the goal of today's featured game, Run Horace Run. Horace is a friendly giraffe out for a run. The friendly ranger is following Horace in a jeep ready to fire a friendly tranquilizer dart into our friend Horace. When Horace comes across any friendly monkeys he had better duck or he'll slow down. The same happens when Horace fails to jump over the friendly lions. If Horace slows down too much the friendly ranger will get a clean shot at Horace. As the game progresses Horace will run faster and faster requiring you to react quicker and quicker.
The childrens' book graphics are a nice touch and along with Horace's friendly comments give the game a character than similar games lack. The gameplay isn't anything new or innovative. And just when you get into the groove it too quickly becomes impossible to play as the game speeds up.
We like Horace and hope to see him appear in more games.
