Christmas will be upon us in another week or so. In case you hadn't noticed. If you're not in the spirit yet perhaps today's game can help. If you don't celebrate Christmas, we can't help you today, but submit a game based on something you do celebrate and we'll see what we can do.
The game of the day is, Santa's Christmas Ride. A game where you get to be Santa. A game of delivering Christmas presents. A game with only one button to keep track of.
That's right. One button is all you need to play. How easy is that? The object of the game is to drop Christmas gifts down chimneys. To drop a gift you simply apply pressure to the space bar and a present will pop from you sleigh and drop towards the houses below. If your timing is spot on the gift will drop down a chimney and your score will increase.
The game is easy and challenging at the same time. The controls are easy, and the houses are fairly evenly spaced, but timing the gifts to drop into the chimneys is challenging. Especially as the games speeds up. The artwork is charming, though a bit dark. But what do you expect? Santa delivers gifts on
Christmas Eve not on Christmas Noon. Besides the warm glow coming from the houses gives off a warm fuzzy kind of feeling.
